Copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to copy or duplicate video without permission of the videographer. OSCRTV retains the copyright and ownership of all video clips and reserves the right to reproduce content for portfolio, website, self-promotion, video contests, etc. Clients are not allowed to reproduce any video captured by the OSCRTV for any purpose without written consent. Any violation of the copyright law will be prosecuted by OSCRTV to the full extent of the law with fines of up to $50,000.

MUSIC COPYRIGHT *

It is illegal to post videos without giving musical artist credit for the music being use. That is why any videos posted by OSCRTV and/or Robin Hansen Photography on websites and social media will always have a musical watermark. If client chooses to post and share on their own, OSCRTV and Robin Hansen highly recommend posting and tagging the song and/or musical artist to avoid videos and accounts being tag, taken down, and any further violation of Music Copyright Laws. If violated, Client bears the sole responsibility for any legal fees acquired.

MODEL RELEASE *

I hereby consent that all video content taken during our session by OSCRTV may be used; for the purpose of display, social media sneak peeks, portfolio, advertising, competitions, or publication to promote Robin Hansen Photography and OSCRTV. I further agree that all video clips can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I also declare that I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibilities for such. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof.

NO WARRANTY OF LONGEVITY *

Videographer does not warrant the longevity in quality of any digital media or files delivered to Client. Client bears the sole responsibility for backing up, archiving, and maintaining the integrity of the files.

PAYMENT *

Your session deposit of $100 is due upon the signing of this agreement. OSCRTV considers a session booked only upon receipt of payment. The rest of the session fee is due at the time of session. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until balance is paid in full. All monies paid are non-refundable.
